Our rental base is in Augustow

    Our rental base is in Augustow, a town which can be best described as a mecca for canoeists, it lies at the intersection of several rivers, canals and lakes. Tha canoes that we rent have been designed for long distance touring, they have a keel and therefore are very easy to steer both on lakes and rivers.The seats are made out of hardwood and webbing, thereby allowing your backside more comfort. There is a choice of two or three seater canoes. The canoes are no more than two years old. We have chosen to provide wooden paddles as they perform better on the water and are more comfortable to hold, we can also provide a variety of lengths. Bouyancy aids come in a variety of sizes, ranging from children’s sizes upwards. Dry bags can also be supplied and other kit such as tow ropes and water bailers. For beginners, we will organise a short introductory course. Costs of rental are dependent on length of trip and whether other services are required. Quotes can be provided.
